hello hello let me first say hello to everybody and here you are good morning. I love all of you. Thank you sit wherever you want I won't thank you for that so what's my job in representing the school is to visit the school to see that you have a principal and teachers and counselors that you need that the school is missing anybody saw my first question usually is is or are you fully staff and we are all right so that means both classified an certificate fires and motivates you and what do you like about YouTube what do inspire mean there's only one reason to do this job and that's because we love kids and we want to see you learn now I was a classroom teacher in high school or 18 what are you the very difficult questions just one thing I think I think some of the things that I did in Sacramento has turned out to be very important that is in real life they really want to be a state for six years I was on the Los Angeles city council for eight years and I've been on the school board twice once in the 80s before even your parents were born and now okay what are some words of wisdom you can share I think it's important to be a leader if you can but it's sometimes people think being a leader means telling everybody what to do but actually that's not how it really works the leader has to be willing do anything that they ask someone else to do some leaders say oh I that's not a joke dream big lot of people don't get things done that should they could absolutely capable of doing but they didn't dream big they drop small that I'm off to do a little bit of everything I've ever done that I really care about came from dreaming big
