I have worked for LAUSD close to 30 years, including 14 years at Lucille Roybal-Allard Elementary.  I was part of the school’s writing team, contributing to its development as both a Pilot School and a Community School. For the past four years, I have been the Community School Coordinator.  I believe in a whole child approach that supports the academic, social, and emotional well-being of every student.  I'm deeply proud of the school’s award-winning staff (6 teacher's of the year and 20 NBC teachers) and the strong, collaborative culture we have built. I value the partnerships with our community and the relationships with our families.  I am committed to uplifting all interest holders in order to ensure the overall success of our students.
